NEW electrolytic HYDROGEN FUEL "eH2Fuel"

    Water is one of most abundant resources in the world, and (contrary to popular belief) splitting of water into hydrogen and oxygen is the simplest and most straightforward electrochemical process to obtain hydrogen as a primary product for our new fuel. The new discovery makes energy production much better, easier, and number of times cheaper depending what country cost of electricity you using for the production of hydrogen fuel in comparison, and how much is the cost of fossil fuels in your country that you must pay.

The term “revolutionary” in this case may be an understatement. The new discovery was nine years in the making in small private lab in the Czech Republic, using an unconventional technological approach that has been inserted into  the old electrolysis process.  Using this new process along with a few additional steps and added elements, we are now able to produce Hydrogen-based fuel (H2F) using ordinary tap water as a raw material with astounding results. We now have the technology and ability to produce by far the cheapest and cleanest non-polluting fuel available. With small modifications, it may be utilized anywhere that fossil fuels are used today.

    The discovery of this new process of creating new Hydrogen-based fuel from ordinary tap water, allows us to produce hydrogen-based fuel number of times cheaperthan the cost of fossil fuels. Hydrogen-based fuel produced using water will provide a huge leap forward in terms of the end-user costs and the energy levels obtained. Each of our existing fossil fuels has a different heat capacity and comes in different forms. When compared the energy contents and the cost per Btu individually for natural gas, diesel, gasoline, heating oil, jet fuel, and all the rest of fossil fuels, the savings may be even higher.   The “number of times cheaper”  may be two, three, or five or even more times cheaper and it would depend in what country you are producing the hydrogen fuel and what is the cost of your electricity per kWh, and what is the price you must pay for your fossil fuels in your country. When used in a variety of experiments, the numbers are even higher, however to be able to use the higher numbers, more research is needed to be able to put those into practical use as well.

Let’s put that in prospective with a small comparisons that may better demonstrate the cost and energy that is contained in the new hydrogen fuel; close to half US Dollar – 0.50 cents in retail  cost of electricity(you and me have to normally pay) will now produce one kilogram/ 2.2 lbs of new hydrogen fuel  or equal to it in your own currency. Note; the price charged by power companies to their large industrial consumers is quite lower and that may be true no matter where you come from, to negotiate some lower rates for large numbers of small producers of new hydrogen fuel  would make the new hydrogen fuel even cheaper to produce. 

Frequently the energy contained in gallon of gasoline has been compared as been close to the energy contained in kilogram of hydrogen, however what needs to be point out, is that 1 gallon of gasoline that equals to 3.78 liters weights some 2.79 kg, and when the two fuels are compared on mass bases; kg to kg that makes the energy contained in kg of new hydrogen fuel 150 466 Btu’s our minimum, 3.65 times higher over the energy content of 41 218 Btu’s in one kg of gasoline and may also burn some 50% more efficient than gasoline, meaning you may get 50% better distance.

 

 15 gal/56.7 liters gasoline tank = 41.8 kg, you would only need 11.42 kg of hydrogen fuel costing in US  $ 5.24, $ 6.23 in Czech, $ 9.22 in UK and $ 16.79 in Netherlands.


Simple non scientific gasoline and new hydrogen fuel economy and cost comparison;


15 gallon/56.7liters car tank filled with regular gasoline will have a mass (weight) of 41.85kg/92.26 lbs and would cost $ 41.25 in US at ($2.75/gal). With 24 mpg fuel economy it would take you 360 miles. At cost of full tank $41.25 = 4125 cents/360miles =11.458 cents per mile. Car will travel 1 mile on gasoline at cost of 11.5 cents, or would take you 8.7 miles for one Dollar.

According to - http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/atv.shtmlonly about 15% of the energy from the fuel you put in your tank gets used to move your car down the road or run useful accessories, such as air conditioning. The rest of the energy is lost to engine and driveline inefficiencies and idling.


New hydrogen fuel efficiency and cost;


1kg of new hydrogen fuel = 150 466 Btu’s/minimum

The 1,725, 000 Btu’s of energy contained in 15 gallon/41.85 kg of  gasoline divided by energy content in one kg of hydrogen fuel 150 446 Btu’s tells us, that we only need 11.466kg of hydrogen fuel to replace the gasoline energy content. The 11.466kg multiplied by 0.457 USD cost per kg = 5.24 USD for hydrogen fuel vs. 41.25 USD for regular gasoline.  The hydrogen fuel also burns more efficiently and if assuming 50 % better efficiency than burning gasoline, in other words it would take you 540 miles instead of 360 miles, 5.24 USD = 524 cents/540miles = 0.0097 = less than 1 cent/mile.

Car will travel 1mile with 1 cent worth of new hydrogen fuel or would take you 100 miles for one Dollar.

The comparison’s are for illustration only, and it would apply only to situation if electric car is used, and is charged up in your own home by ImPS™ (Independent micro Power Station). In cars or trucks where the hydrogen production unit is build-in, it will be much cheaper since you don’t pay for the electricity to produce your hydrogen fuel, all you need is carry sufficient amount of water, and the hydrogen fuel is produced as you drive using electricity that is produced by your alternator in you car.  The cost of electricity needed to produce the hydrogen fuel once you are driving is close to zero, except perhaps some small initial batteries charge up cost.

However what is just as important, you will burn completely clean fuel that emits only water, and in any long distance trips producing your own hydrogen fuel by your car or any commercial trucks fleets hauling cargo makes even more economic and environmental sense. When you burn one gallon of gasoline you are also burning some 2.42 kg/5.33lbs carbon,one kilogram of carbon, whether contained in petrol, diesel, kerosene, or any other hydrocarbon fuel in a vehicle, leads to approximately 3.63 kg of CO2 emissions.[8] Due to the carbon content of gasoline, its combustion emits 2.32 kg/L (19.4 lb/US gal); since diesel fuel is more energy dense per unit volume, diesel emits 2.66 kg/L (22.2 lb/US gal).[8] This figure is only the CO2 emissions of the final fuel product and does not include additional CO2 emissions created during the drilling, pumping, transportation and refining steps required to produce the fuel.

 That would make your 15 gallons of gasoline in 360 miles trip produce 131.99 kg/290.99 lbs of CO2 emissions.


If you use 41.85 kilograms of new hydrogen fuel, the same weight of gasoline you put in your 15 gallon tank, it would cost only 19.88 USD if charged in your home (much less if your car is producing the electricity as you drive and you don't really pay for the electricity) but it would take you some 4,185 miles 11.625 times the distance of the only 360 miles using gasoline.

This discovery and innovation is, without question, a huge gain - especially when we consider that it is clean, non-polluting energy source that we are now able to extract from ordinary water.  It is absolutely the answer to our global energy problems. This discovery comes as a timely alternative to our current and future fossil fuel uncertainties. Using this clean and inexpensive hydrogen-based fuel technology should give humanity worldwide a new environmental lease on life. If managed properly, global prosperity will likely be unmatched for a long time to come. Over the next twenty years, this new hydrogen-based fuel technology should completely change how energy is produced and used all around the globe. It should have lasting effects that will be enjoyed by many generations to come.


    This hydrogen-based fuel may be produced and utilized in any and all situations where fossil fuels are used today, including in the production of electricity. The hydrogen fuel is produced by a new technology in an adequately sized electrochemical reactor. The hydrogen-based fuel is produced only on demand,which means that it is used immediately as it is produced (no storage or transportation of the fuel is ever needed) in any location - your own home, place of business or any other commercial or industrial setting. Fairly small units may be included in any transportation situation such as cars, trucks, buses, etc. The size of the hydrogen-based fuel production unit is built according to one’s energy needs: The larger the need, the larger the hydrogen-based fuel production unit.  One would purchase the size needed for one’s energy requirements and, as mentioned before, no transportation or storage of fuel is ever needed. The idea is simple. The consumer and user of energy becomes his or her own small producer of energy, independent of any large central producers. This technology and idea is very easily applied to any circumstance.  It is also foreseeable that it will prevent any future price wars over our energy needs.

 

   We are able to produce hydrogen-based fuel in our ImH2FPU(Independent micro Hydrogen-based Fuel Production Unit™) in whatever amounts may be needed for any given situation. The hydrogen-based fuel can be used with some minor adjustments just about anywhere that fossil fuels are used today, including large electric power generators and industrial processes that require heat for product processing. The fuel is easily adaptable to any transportation situation including cars, trucks, buses, and large or small ships. With a little more effort, this new Hydrogen-based fuel will meet the more stringent requirements associated with air transportation. Since fuel will be produced as you fly, an extra safety factor must be considered: What if the hydrogen-based fuel production unit malfunctions? Installation of a number of independent units will most likely solve that issue. The final outcome is cheap, a clean propulsion system, and much better than carrying huge, heavy loads of highly explosive jet fuel on board.

 

    For residential and small business settings, the small ImPS™(“Independent micro Power Station™) is already in the full product design stage for global mass production. This design size will utilize new hydrogen-based fuel ImHB2PU™ (Independent micro Hydrogen-based Fuel Production Unit™)combined with a quiet Stirling engine. The two part system depending on the individual unit design size will be the size of dishwasher and up to standard two door refrigerator and will be able to produce 3 kW and up to 50 kW of electricity 24/7, and utilize any excess heat for heating and hot water - cheaply, easily and cleanly, with almost no human intervention. Power not used by the home owner will be sold to the grid. As electric car technology continues to progress, in time one should be able to charge an electric car using a power outlet at home and the electricity produced by his or her Independent micro Power Station™.   No more trips to the gas station! One will be able to charge up his or her car for a few pennies compared to the cost of gasoline today. Cost of the unit should not exceed $ 15,000 - $ 30,000 for the residential-sized unit, and it is estimated that the system will pay for itself in less than two years. For long distance trips, cars may be equipped with their own hydrogen-based fuel unit generators weighing some 150 pounds. All you need to add is tap water: In fact, 1 liter of water should let you travel 100 miles or more!
